Transgender Panel Discussion

In conjunction with Transgender Visibility Day held annually on March 31, CR Pride is proud to host a panel discussion focusing on transgender issues. Panelists joining us include:

Oliver Wenman (He/Him), transgender male and CR Pride Board Member

Aerin Kirkpatrick (They/Them): transgender educator with the College Community School District 

Jennifer Tibbetts (She/Her): Investigator with the Cedar Rapids Civil Rights Commission

Cynthia Cardwell (She/Her): Parent of Aspen, a non binary student, will both be joining to share their stories

Benjamin Roberson (He/Him) Attorney at Community Law Office specializing in civil rights law

Andrew Peterson (He/Him): Member of PFLAG and background in the healthcare field

Community meet and greet starts at 130pm with discussion starting at 200pm. This event is free and open to all ages.
