Second Stage Playhouse LLC., has welcoming and affordable studio spaces for rent for theatre, dance, fine arts, and events. Safe functional fun spaces for rehearsals, teaching and creating. Our dance studio has a marley floor with mirrors and barre. For theatrical and music rehearsals there is ample room for your largest cast!! Large parking lot, easy load-in entrance, piano and kitchen facilities. We are located downstairs at 1200 2nd Ave SE. The entrance is on the side of the building behind the two small cottages.
