Bob Campagna Remembers the Clark House

Bob Campagna served as the Director of the Low Rent Housing Commission when Muscatine established its first public housing project. Campagna was instrumental in establishing a community among the first residents of the Clark House. His photography documented each resident, the construction process, and daily life in the mid-1970s.
