Event Description

The Together in Song Chorus is a fun, no pressure chorus for individuals living with chronic conditions including dementia, their care partners, and volunteer singers.  Together in Song brings individuals together of all skill levels and musical backgrounds with the goal of providing social connection, meaning and purpose.  This spring season will include nine weekly practices ending in a concert on Friday, April 28.  Registration is required by February 23.
