Event Description

Puppetry has a long tradition in Czech and Slovak cultures and has been included on the UNESCO list of intangible cultural heritage. All ages are welcome to build a puppet from recycled materials in this workshop with puppeteers from the Czech Republic. Children under 11 must be accompanied by an adult (free if not building a puppet). Workshop supplies will be provided, but feel free to bring additional yarn, fabric scraps, and other decorations to make your puppet unique!
