"My Wellbeing" Workshop: Free Two-Session Series

“What About Me? My Wellbeing” is a free, two-part educational workshop series held at The Legacy Center at Murdoch-Linwood: 520 Wilson Avenue SW, Cedar Rapids.  Each workshop begins at 9:30 a.m. and lasts approximately 45-60 minutes.   

Session one will begin at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 24th.  Session two will begin at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 31st, 2023.

This research-based program is facilitated by a Human Sciences Specialist in Family Wellbeing with Iowa State University Extension and Outreach and will cover topics such as: taking time for oneself, relationships, and physical health. 

You’re going to learn some new information, but what’s more important is that the program allows you to take time to focus on you.  After completing the sessions, you’ll have the tools to keep working on your own wellbeing.
