Atkins Watermelon Days

Atkins 27th Watermelon Days will be held on Friday and Saturday, August 4th and 5th!  Come join in this family fun and have free watermelon until its gone!  Friday starts at 5pm until 10pm.  We will have a kiddie parade, concession stand, kids games and rides, kids bale toss, and visit with Officer Brandt and the Atkins Fire &  First Responders.  While visiting with them, stop and  see the new fire truck!   New to Friday night is a pedal tractor pull, karaoke, kids foam and older kids glow foam. 

Saturday starts at 7:30am with a walk/run, followed by Gordy Nelson Memorial Car Show with a concession stand, parade, food trucks, beer tent, ice cream social, kids games & rides, and bingo in air conditioning!  We will also have an adult bags tournament, watermelon eating and spitting, and bowling, balloon toss, cow pie bingo, and 50/50.  We will end the night at 7pm with music by Schmidt Brother, but don't forget the amazing fireworks we will display for the public!  Check out our flyer on our face book page:  Atkins Community Club.
