Marquis Series | Reginald Dwayne Betts

After transforming himself from an incarcerated teenager into a critically acclaimed writer, graduate of Yale Law School and a MacArthur Fellow (also known as a genius grant), Reginald Dwayne Betts is bringing his experiences to Coe College. He will relay his story and the role that grit, perseverance and literature has played in his success through his one-man performance, “Felon: An American Washi Tale,” directed by Elise Thoron.
