Center Point Harvest Potluck: Supper with Huck

CENTER POINT HISTORICAL SOCIETY AND FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY HARVEST POTLUCK THURSDAY OCT. 5:  SUPPER WITH HUCK

The Center Point Historical Society and Friends of the Library Harvest Potluck this year features a slide presentation by Kathy Wilson, Historical Perspectives of Marion, on Mark Twain's classic early-and-often banned book, "The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn."  The free event coincides with the American Library Association Banned Book Week.  Potluck supper, with table service and drink provided, is at 6 p.m. in the basement community room of the Andersen Center Point Library, 720 Main St.  Please bring food to share.  The Huck Finn program begins at 7.fF
