Ione

After she sang "Me and Bobby McGee" in a 6th grade talent show, some more seasoned veterans (seventh and eighth graders) said "We need a singer for our band." Next thing you know, they're entering a competition to open up for Bon Jovi in Chicago, and won. This led to Ione's working with Obie O'Brien, Jon Bon Jovi's long-time engineer and collaborator. When she's not tending a small menagerie at her little cabin in the woods, Ione's enjoys performing live showcases, working on demos, and writing songs. It'll be classic rock and a bit of motown coming to town when Ione takes our Show Lounge stage.
