Location: Hyatt Regency Hotel and Conference Center
at the Iowa River Landing in Coralville.

Menu: Smoked brisket with maple BBQ glaze (GF), chilled fingerling potato salad with Bavarian mustard dressing (GF), and vegetable medley with steamed broccoli, green beans, and carrots (GF).
Dessert: Warm Peach Cobbler

Vegetarian: Roasted vegetable strudel. Flaky puff pastry with Boursin cheese, roasted red pepper puree, creamy polenta, roasted lemon brussel sprouts.
Dessert: Berries with whipped cream (GF)

Gluten free: on request.
All meals served with dinner rolls, ice tea, and coffee.
