5 Day Clay Summer Camp—Studio Experience

Ignite your child's creativity this summer with our 5 Day Summer Camp—Studio Experience! Perfect for kids aged 8-15, this camp is a hands-on journey through the art of pottery and ceramics. Over the course of five days, campers will immerse themselves in different types of clay work. They will learn essential hand-building techniques such as coiling, pinching, and slab-building (Monday-Wednesday) before advancing to the exhilarating world of wheel throwing (Thursday-Friday).

Guided by an experienced instructor, in a working pottery studio, each camper will receive group and personalized instruction. Campers will then transform their creations into colorful masterpieces by painting them with special ceramic glazes. After drying on our shelves, their projects will be fired in our kilns for a professional finish. Parents and campers can pick up their finished pieces three weeks after camp ends.
