Glass Gnome Suncatcher

Glass Gnome Suncatcher: Campers will first draw out their own version of a ‘Gnome’.  Campers will then create their gnome by assembling pieces of colored glass.  We will teach them some warm glass techniques including: how to safely cut glass and how to layer glass to create your desired design.  How they decorate their Gnome is all up to them– using small pieces of glass to add their hat, face and clothing. Finished projects will measure approximately 4”x4”

All glass participants must wear closed toed shoes and clothing that covers their legs for glass safety, protective eyewear is provided.  Projects will be fired in our kilns for pick up 3 weeks after camp ends. Glass Summer Camp Workshops are for ages 8-15.
