May is a happening month--in Nature and at the Center Point Historical Society Depot Museum:
Sunday May 5, 2 p.m. - Talk on "Trees and Tree Planting" by Linn County park ranger Shaun Reilly.
Sunday May 12, 2 p.m. - Talk on this year's periodic cicada big buzz by Chuck Ungs of the Wickiup Hill Learning Center.
Sunday May 19, 2 p.m. - Plant Swap and presentation on "Attracting Butterflies" by Dennis Schlicht, co-author of "Butterflies of Iowa."
Free admission.
