Mother & Daughter Yoga

Start May by filling the hearts of the ladies in your life, and those served by the American Heart Association. This workshop will include Yin Yoga, Partner Yoga, breathing, and opening your heart to bloom with spring. Proceeds from this class will go to the AHA.

Props and practice materials will be available.
