Event Description

NAMI Linn County, local chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, will hold a public forum at the Cedar Rapids Public Library. “I Have It: Living with Mental Illness and Those who Support Us” features resource tables in Beems Auditorium beginning at 10 a.m., and a panel discussion beginning at 10:30 a.m. in Whipple Auditorium. Panelists include individuals with lived experience and family members of persons with serious mental health issues. Mayor Tiffany O’Donnell will offer concluding remarks. Admission is free.
