In this hands-on workshop with nationally-recognized expert Bill Schmarzo, you will learn how to build YODA, Your Own Digital Assistant, using your documents, expertise, values, and work priorities. Instead of relying on generic AI responses, you will create a more focused assistant that helps you ask better questions, reduce errors, challenge assumptions, and evaluate ideas with more confidence. This matters because AI is becoming part of everyday work, and knowing how to use it well can save time, improve communication, and support stronger decision-making. You will practice using AI to organize knowledge, explore options, identify risks, and connect decisions to outcomes.
