Journey Toward: A Future We Can Love at Prairiewoods

Join Prairiewoods (120 East Boyson Road in Hiawatha) for a winter read and conversation of Susan Bauer-Wu’s A Future We Can Love: How We Can Reverse the Climate Crisis with the Power of our Hearts and Minds. The book was inspired by a conversation between the Dalai Lama and Greta Thunberg. With facilitators Ann Jackson, PBVM, and Rev. Jean Sullivan, we will journey toward active hope through four themes: Knowledge of Science and Spirit; Capacity of Earth and Humans; Will of Heartbreak and Wonderment; and ACTION! This series meets Nov. 6, Nov. 13, Nov. 20 and Dec. 4. Join us in person or via Zoom for any one or more sessions.
