Veterans Day Service

Veterans Day. Honoring military Veterans.
Stop by the Veterans Memorial Building in downtown Cedar Rapids to give thanks and learn about local Veterans on Veterans Day. FREE and open to the public. 9 am - 2 pm.

Promptly at 10 am, a traditional Veterans Day service will begin. Metro Veterans Council facilitates the hour-long program and the service includes: presentation of the colors, guest speaker, Volley Salute and more.

Front desk attendant available inside the Memorial lobby to direct visitors to the gallery displays. Open until 2 pm.

Downtown parking is FREE on the weekends, so don't pay zone fees or feed the meters.
