There’s never been a better time to update your home, and the local housing professionals at the 2024 Cedar Rapids Home Show are ready to help make your dreams a reality. Presented by the Greater Cedar Rapids Housing & Building Association, the Home Show offers a one-stop shop to get inspired and connect with remodelers, home builders, landscapers, kitchen and bath experts, roofers and more.

At the show’s Welcome Booth, receive a shopping bag with a valuable tool to connect with local and reliable housing & building professionals, and coupons for the Spring & Fall 2024 Parade of Homes, a $10 value.

Sign up for amazing giveaways including a $1,000 credit on decking, cabinets, countertops, windows, doors, roofing, siding, and lumber, donated by Suburban Lumber.

Attend seminars with our local experts who will share their knowledge and expertise on housing topics such as windows, lawns, pools and spas, geothermal, lending, and solar.

Again this year on Saturday, February 24, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., will be our Family Fun Day! Bring the family to enjoy a FREE & FUN day with a caricature, face painter, magician, balloon twister and coloring station! Plus, all children 12 and under will receive a free hot dog!

New this year, we will have Friday Night Out and Sunday 2 for 1. Friday enjoy live music and half priced tall boys. Sunday get 2 for 1 on admission.

Admission to the show is $5, children 12 and under are FREE. A portion of ticket proceeds will be donated to our local nonprofit partner, the Kirkwood Community College’s National Association of Home Builders Student Chapter.
