Cheryl Walsh is the author of Unequal Temperament, a story of weather, music, art, and what it means to be a family. Writing this novel involved learning about meteorology, harpsichords and Baroque tuning systems, 20th-century opera, aural physics, oil painting, and civil engineering. Cheryl will read from the book and talk about the interplay of research and imagination while writing it. Offered in partnership with TRAIL of Johnson County.
