Event Description
Playtime Poppy and Washington High School present a new play adaptation of the famed childrens' detective series.
High school students and brothers Frank & Joe Hardy become amateur detectives when a mystery hits close to home. As the Hardy Boys begin their investigation, they unveil a web of deception that shakes the calm community of Bayport. Will Frank & Joe be able to solve the case before it's too late?
In this interactive new play based on the first books in the timeless series, audience members—young and seasoned detectives alike—have the opportunity to follow along with the mystery in their own casefiles and assist The Hardy Boys with their investigation.
This production contains brief moments of darkness and is best enjoyed by children 6+ years of age and their families.
The April 19 5pm and April 20 11am performances will be ASL interpreted.
The Hardy Boys is based on the public domain Hardy Boys novels The Tower Treasure and The House on the Cliff by Franklin W. Dixon published in 1927, and is not produced, sponsored, or endorsed by Simon & Schuster, Inc.
