ONCE UPON A TIME IN THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF JOHNSON COUNTY, directed and written by Scott Smith, is an account of a zombie apocalypse right here in River City, and tells the story of the people who try to preserve what they love about Iowa City and its many faults.
