At one time, our schools and teaching professionals were highly regarded and our trust in them was implicit. Media messages are negative, yet 76% of parents approve of the education their oldest child is receiving. Clearly, there is a disconnect. In Iowa, the Legislature expresses a lack of confidence in public education as it supports bills questioning our public schools. Their message is creating a crisis. Join Dr. Jean Donham for a talk which examines these problems. This program is offered in partnership with TRAIL of Johnson County.
