Creative Flow Process Painting Workshop

You are a creative being worthy of expression! Reconnect with your inner self and your creativity using painting as a tool for self-discovery in an environment free from judgment.

In this creative flow workshop, we will use the basic tools of tempera paint, brushes and paper to tap and express from the deep wellspring within, allowing space for your inner child to come out and play with color, lines, and form without any critique or criticism. With loving support, you will be guided to reconnect, explore deeper layers of awareness and revel in the bliss of surrender to the creative flow. No art experience necessary. All materials provided.

Facilitator Bio:

Visual artist, author, and workshop facilitator Jenny Hahn captures the inward journey through bold expression and a vibrant palette. Based in Kansas City, MO, she leads process art workshops using painting as a tool for mindfulness, self-discovery, and liberation. She is co-host of the Creative Nectar podcast, and her debut book Creative Flow: Tap and Express Your Juicy Essence offers a roadmap for moving through blocks and releasing self-criticism in order to discover the joy of free-flowing creativity and self-connection.
