Event Description

Create a creepy-cute spider just in time for Halloween! Get into the Halloween spirit by creating a one-of-a-kind three-dimensional fused glass spider! In this fun, beginner-friendly warm glass workshop, you'll design a spooky black spider using layers of glass, then add wire legs to give your creation a playful 3D look. Learn the fundamentals of warm glass, including cutting, layering, and arranging glass while exploring how to create dimension, shape, and personality in your design. After kiln firing, your spider will be assembled with sturdy wire legs, making it the perfect Halloween decoration for a shelf, tabletop, or seasonal display. Whether you love spooky décor or simply enjoy making something unique, this workshop is a fun way to celebrate the season. Your finished spider will measure approximately 6-8”. No experience is necessary—all materials, instruction, and kiln firing are included. Your finished project will be ready for pickup three weeks after the workshop.
