Event Description

Your invitation to step into a refreshing meditation carried on a summer soundscape in tune with nature’s night music. May’s energy beckons us to enjoy the freshening in the outer world. With deft hand and attuned ear, Tina McCoy provides an integrative meditation and sound- journey flow to match May’s magic. You will find that with a rested body, the heart & spirit are ready to embrace the joys of summer’s promises. Gift yourself with this grounded, soothing sound meditation to welcome in your season of light & play. This is an outdoor event on a hard surface. Please arrive 15 minutes early to create your comfort space (e.g., personal yoga mat, gravity chair, blankets, pillows, etc.) to support and deepen your experience. Chairs are provided.
