Day of Self Renewal at Prairiewoods

Find rest and relaxation for mind, body and spirit during this relaxing day at Prairiewoods (120 East Boyson Road in Hiawatha)! This tranquil day facilitated by Rev. Jean Sullivan features your choice of two services, group guided meditation, Singing Bowl Prayer or Healing Sound Bath & Yogic Sleep, a private guest room, a fresh lunch, and access to the labyrinth and all that Prairiewoods has to offer. (Depending on the date, choose from massage, head and shoulder massage, reflexology, healing touch, spiritual direction, qigong, Nature & Forest Therapy, yoga or chair yoga.) Registration, a nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit of $50 and your top three services choices are required eight days in advance. The cost is $110 and includes two services, guided meditation, singing bowls, a private guest room and lunch (or $95 without a private guest room).
